Thanks to its robust hydraulic infrastructure, high-strength mast system, and full automation technology, it offers high penetration performance, low operating costs, and a long service life in challenging geological formations.

Full Automation Technology

The 6×8 Duplex Mud Pump used in the machine is a professional-grade drilling mud pump providing high pressure and high flow rates. This advanced Mud Circulation System ensures a continuous and balanced flow of drilling fluid into the well, enabling efficient hole cleaning, effective cooling of the drill bit, safe transport of cuttings to the surface, and maintenance of wellbore stability. Stable Mud Circulation with Pulsation Dampener

The Pulsation Dampener integrated into the ACR H500’s mud pump system absorbs pressure pulses and flow fluctuations inherent in piston-driven duplex pumps. This ensures a continuous, balanced, and stable mud flow, allowing the pump to operate quietly and with clockwork precision.

By dampening pressure surges, the mechanical load on mud pump valves, liners, pistons, connecting rods, hoses, and other components is significantly reduced.
