YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Established in Turkey in 1995 as a drilling machine manufacturer, ACR Drilling laid its foundations with its expertise in engineering and mechanical production.
We have initiated our technological transformation by completing the production of our first pneumatic water drilling machine, which will be available alongside our existing range of drilling machines for sale in Turkey.
With our first export in 2004, just 9 years after our establishment, we launched a global success story by bringing our deep well drilling machines, manufactured in Turkey, to the world. Today, with the same vision, we continue to provide world-class technology as a manufacturer of high-performance drilling machines and drilling machine spare parts.
In 2006, we were both behind the scenes and at the forefront of the business; we were present at every stage of our work, stepping behind the lathe when necessary and personally overseeing all operational processes. Our foundations were kneaded with labor and engineering; the disciplined work ethic that began in the workshop that day formed the basis of ACR Drilling’s production power today.
While we started a new era in the sector with the trailer-mounted drilling machine we launched in 2007 as part of our innovative vision, today, as a trusted Turkish drilling machine manufacturer, we export solutions such as deep well drilling rigs and heavy-duty drilling machines for African conditions to global markets.
We took our innovation process a step further in 2008 with our first dual-engine machine, to which we added a special engine that enables the mud pump to operate independently.
In line with our growth vision, we moved to our new factory in 2014, strengthening our production capacity and technological infrastructure.
We did not limit ourselves to just machine production; we took the first steps during this period in our vision of manufacturing all the critical components that make up our machines in-house.
While laying the foundations for high-standard mass production, we established our professional R&D team that will shape the future of the sector.
With optimization studies on our production line, we standardized the serial workflow in high-volume machine production.
Transforming the increase in our production capacity into a global achievement, we successfully completed our first bulk export operation for various projects around the world in 2017.
In 2019, we moved to our Organized Industrial Zone facility, our main factory with high-scale production capacity, taking our production power to the next level.
We have successfully completed our high-performance mud pump, developed with our own R&D and manufacturing technology. With this local production success, we take pride in possessing the most powerful and technologically advanced mud pump in the drilling sector.
We were no longer able to fit into our main factory, so we opened our second auxiliary factory.
We successfully completed our first hydraulic R&D studies and commissioned the first hydraulic drilling machine of our brand. This step represents a significant turning point in our company's technological transformation and our vision of local production.
As ACR Drilling, we have commissioned our new laser production facility to increase our production capacity and speed. With this strategic investment, we are strengthening our vision of self-sufficiency in spare parts production; we continue to maintain our high-quality standards by subjecting all the parts we produce in accordance with American standards to on-site testing processes.
By acting as a reliable partner in mega projects for both the public and private sectors in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, we have expanded our export network to 55 countries and strengthened our global after-sales service network.
While taking pride in reaching the position of Turkey's highest-quality and leading drilling machine manufacturer, we continue to advance with confident steps among the world giants in the global market and steer the sector on our path to becoming a global leader.
In line with our 2027 vision, we are moving to our new production center, which will take our growth targets to the next level and increase our production capacity by 100%; this new factory will be the center of ACR Drilling’s future success and technological breakthrough.
